Sussex Art Club

I had friends in Brighton and used to spend lots of time there in the holidays. I saw an ad in the paper for Sussex Art Club and decided to go along. It was in an alley in the North Lanes next to a flower shop. I didn't realise it was for little kids and was a bit embarrassed turning up but the teacher was very friendly and I learned lots from him. He let me help out with the class.

Drawing Class at Leeds City Market

I think this was our first drawing class outside of college. We went to Leeds City Market. I don't think I had ever looked up at the roof until that day. It's a beautiful building!
